Co-Founder. Medical Practitioner. Master Networker.
Lauren has been in practice for over 8 years as an Emergency Medicine Physician Assistant. After gaining her Masters Degree, she moved from Connecticut to complete an Emergency Medicine Fellowship in California. It was there, while working many years of night shifts, that she realized how important self-care and wellness is to every aspect of our minds and bodies but how often we ignore it due to our busy lives! Lauren decided to take the plunge and make a big change, so a little over a year ago, she sold most of her belongings, packed up herself and her dog, Carl, and moved here to Austin.
Austin immediately felt like home to Lauren, the residents all share a sense of pride in Austin’s community and loyalty to local products and brands. Lauren loves to volunteer in the community and serves as a Big Sister at BBBS of Central TX. She has brought her practice to Dell Children’s ER here in Austin, TX where she spends several days a week making sure Austin’s kiddos are well cared for!
